I have driven to France for 25 years and have always used Eurolites Beam Deflectors . I will be driving my first Toyota ( Corolla Hybrid Icon Tech )to France this summer. Toyota have told me verbally that because of the new beam technology on their LED lights , a flat beam is created and dazzle is not a problem , therefore deflectors are not required . Will this explanation be accepted by the French Gendarmes should they have occasion to stop me ? I would welcome feed back from forum members , Thanks
