  1. After much head scratching, I'm just thinking of getting Toyota to replace my (aged?) headlight bulbs with newer... Toyota headlight bulbs...

    Winter Is Coming

So did I recently, and a Toyota original for the rear.
  3. I've done the same. Goodyear All-Seasons all round. ( There was an IQ on eBay recently, with a mix of Summer and All-Season tyres. Not a good idea.
  4. The more I drive my IQ the more I like it! Shame there are only a few thousand on the roads now - but that makes it more 'unique'!
  5. As always, thank you.
  6. Thank you. Has anyone bought new bulbs for their IQ recently? I noticed today driving in the dark that the output is not great... ( On a different car the NightBreakers worked well... )
  7. I would suggest... find a good independent garage near to where you are located, who can get to know you and your car. Expect to pay, about £750-£1,000. (I paid myself - no warranty) Not cheap, I know, but most here think it's worth it. If you haven't already, try the Garage Guide link I posted earlier, or maybe post your approx., location and perhaps others will know of somewhere good to suggest?

    Fog Lamps

I always thought... fog lights had to have that yellow tinge, so they are NOT just more bright, white lights reflecting back on you...
  9. ... there should be a small red cover on the +ve terminal?
  10. No... I just paid myself. ( I didn't have any warranty. )

    Iq Spark Plugs

I notice that the 'full' 80,000 service doesn't, I think, mention spark plugs... Think I'll stick with my current (48,000) ones for now. [Great thread]
  13. I looked at Mr.Clutch, but their online reviews did not inspire me. Just saying... Hope it all gets sorted soon to YOUR satisfaction!
  14. Sadly, I agree. Such warranties, unless they are like the Lexus warranty (and Toyota?) are either very expensive or free for a reason. Remembering Consumer Rights is probably a better option! https://www.honestjohn.co.uk/how-to-reject-a-car-your-consumer-rights/ etc...
  15. Nice! An IQ2 I assume - fog lights etc...
