  1. Wanted to get your opinion - I have found these on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-RAV-MK4-4-2012-2019-BLACK-ALUMINIUM-ROOF-RAILS-BARS-ROOF-RACK-OEM-FIT/183918975701 Way cheaper (one third of the price) than the OEM rails - look ok? Wondering why mine didn't have them fitted. Are they standard or an optional extra? Thanks
  2. I wanted to fit roof rails to my 2018 Rav4 Excel Hybrid. Does anyone know if these fit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Toyota-RAV4-Roof-Rack-Rails-Chrome-2012-6340142080B1-/223667537333 Are there any third party ones available as well? Thanks
  3. Thanks! Don;t really want to put in a third party head unit - will see how I get on with the existing one for the time being
  4. Thanks so much - I am downloading now - as you say covered by the 3 year update period. Would the ToyotaTouch2Go on my 2018 RAV4 be compatible with the Apple Car update that I have seen people mention?
  5. Is it possible to update this one from the mytoyota estore site or is it a dealer job? I have a 2018 RAV4 Excel Thanks
  6. Thanks - couldn't see anything myself It's gone back there - hopefully not too drastic a repair required....
  7. Hi I have a petrol 2002 RAV 4. The air conditioning stopped cooling a couple of weeks ago so took it to my local independent. They regassed the system, added new PAG oil and did a UV Dye leak test and pressure test. Has worked fine for 4 days, then today, on what is a very warm day, the air con seems to have failed. When I switch on the air con button there is a slight rattling sound as the compressor kicks in but no other noises. Is this a common problem or could it be one of several things? If it needed it, are the air con compressors expensive to service or should I look to get a reconditio
  8. Had this fault code for years on the RAV4. Fault Code P1155 Faulty Lambda Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1. https://parts.olathetoyota.com/p1155-code If I wanted to fix it myself, is it very difficult and can I use a non Denso sensor or should I stick to the original equipment. Any advice much appreciated, thanks!
  9. You're welcome - which stereo head unit would you be interested in? I would like DAB Radio and bluetooth for phone - don't need CD player as music will come through phone.
  10. I'm thinking about doing the same. are you thinking about double din or single din? there are fascia adaptors on ebay along with the harness adaptors that are not too expensive. http://bit.ly/2CaZM4M and http://bit.ly/2oh9FoT or this single DIN adaptor http://bit.ly/2C8r5wx
  11. Thanks again to DevonAygo - the part number enabled me to find the part at a scrap yard for £16!
  12. Hi thanks for that information, that is really useful. The part number is a god send! I am going to try to find one at a scrap yard! cheers
  13. Hi the antenna base on my 2002 RAV has been broken - I am trying to find a replacement but am not having any luck. Can anyone recommend good quality replacements. Also, how difficult is it to fit? Is it a standard DIN connector? thanks
