  1. Hi Everyone Looking to purchase replacement alloys x 2. Apparently other half reckons its cheaper to get new ones that have them refurbed based on quotes I have been given.... If anyone knows where I can get them, or alternatively a good cheap place where they can be refurbed Id be grateful!!!!! I need these.... https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=toyota+aygo+multi+spoke+2009&safe=strict&biw=1600&bih=767&tbm=isch&imgil=GE27mgBQ-YxbCM%253A%253BKZluKculNbi4rM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.car-transplants.co.uk%25252Fused-parts-breaking-vehicles%25252Fpart-details%25252F2009-TOYOTA-AYGO-05-14--14-INCH-MULTI-SPOKE--ALLOY-WHEEL%25252F15493&source=iu&pf=m&fir=GE27mgBQ-YxbCM%253A%252CKZluKculNbi4rM%252C_&usg=__hll1Q7UDakzTeg6uDkGA0r8SnYY%3D&ved=0CCoQyjc&ei=0Ew-VceNJZDjat-QgYgG#imgrc=GE27mgBQ-YxbCM%253A%3BKZluKculNbi4rM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fcartransplants-partsimages.s3.amazonaws.com%252FPartImage_8354da22-14be-4925-9708-946c45ef5590.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.car-transplants.co.uk%252Fused-parts-breaking-vehicles%252Fpart-details%252F2009-TOYOTA-AYGO-05-14--14-INCH-MULTI-SPOKE--ALLOY-WHEEL%252F15493%3B800%3B600 Thanks Chloe
  2. Yes however I have had it serviced at the Toyota Dealer for 3 years... Plus the brakes were replaced a couple of months ago and it was given a check then... :( The Clutch Lever arm (As I understand it) is not something that should just break or even wear??? Please can someone clarify that if you know? I am trying to understand what the mechanic tells me as he was quite forthright in telling me he has never had to replace that part on an Aygo before (having been replacing clutches for 20 years).
  3. I have taken my Aygo to get its Clutch Replaced and the Metal Clutch Lever Arm has completely cracked. Shocked Mechanic tells me this definitely should not happen and that although the clutch is a known problem (but Toyota wont do anything???) he has not seen this before. Has this happened to anyone else?
  4. Please help me, I have blown another pair of 6x9s trying to get some bass in my car and thinking now the only way forward is a sub. I really don't have a clue how to go about this. I know I'd like one that just slides under the seat but that's as far as I have got. how on earth do you wire something like that in? would it be necessary to have any more 6x9's if I do this? would really appreciate some advice! I love my Aygo so much and it would be perfect if the speakers weren't so rubbish!!! Thank you.........
  5. sorry forgot to say also, how will I know what my paint code is? Is it in the car manual somewhere?
  6. Thanks for the advice. Local garage quoted £200 to fix - told him to forget it! My other half has had a good look at it and as long as we can get the spray to match he reckons it wont be a problem - said something about rubbing down gently with wet and dry cloth then spraying in a wind proof area. I have no idea I will let him carry on. I will try and google local places as you suggested -thanks. I am in Surrey if anyone knows of any good places in Chertsey/Staines/Woking area etc? Thanks again!
  7. Hi everyone I had a little scrape this morning - well at least I thought it was quite little until I had a look!!! I have taken the paint of the front left bumper and down near the whell arch :ffs: Basically my other half reckons he can fix it as its not deep and just surface scratches - but where on earth do I get the paint to match mine? Its an Aygo Platinum - Silver Crystal Metallic. Has anyone had a similar experience - did you get it fixed at a Toyota dealer? I am reluctant to do so as I am pretty skint!!!! Any advice more than welcome, thanks all!
