  1. TMC Motorsport tuning box and wiring harness. I had this fitted to my 2010 Toyota RAV4 SR180. It cost me £299 new. It takes the BHP from 177 to to 212 and the torque from 400NM to 460NM. Comes with fitting instructions and original receipt. £110 delivered to mainland UK or collection in person from Sandbach in Cheshire.
  2. Evening folks, I have a set of genuine Toyota RAV4 rubber car mats up for grabs. They are used but in good condition. They where in my 12 plate RAV. Free to a good home but must be collected from Sandbach, cheshire. I will not post. PM me if you are intrested.
  3. Hi All, I have a set of Winter Wheels and Tyres for sale on eBay at the moment. I would have put them on the Forum buy don't have the required minimum Bronz ststus :( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=131061149641 I had them on my 2009 T180, and then on my 2012 2.2 D4-D XTR. Only used for approx 4 month in total. For any forum member I would accept £400 cash collected. Best Regards. Phil H
  4. Charlie, did you take any pickies of the install that you did please? Gust, it would be worth taking some pickies and doing a write up. I have have also picked up a set of mudflaps and a Dremel 300 so will be having a go at some point in the near future. Incidently, I contacted Toyota UK today and had a rant at them about the issue, they told me that I was the first to report it... That I find very hard to believe..!
  5. Looking around my new RAV4 XT-R today and spotted a small issue with the underseal in the rear wheel arches. Looks like the body is sealed before the bolts are installed from the inside which punch through the underseal leaving exposed steel bolts. I'm sure that over time if this is not treated you could get water ingress, or at the very least rusting. I have also attached a couple more photo's of the new style side step which is preventing the fitting of front mud flaps. There is also a picky of my car
  6. Has anybody taken this issue up with Toyota UK?
  7. I have to say that I thought that the trade in price for my 2009 Astral Black SR180 was quite reasonable. I traded it in with 36,600 miles on the clock and I was the second owner. The spec wasn’t that great in my opinion, as it didn’t have satnav or leather, in fact the only extras where a style pack and mud flaps. The run-flat tyres where down to 2mm on the front, and 4mm on the rear. The wheels where a bit scabby also having not done too well with the salt over the last two winters! I bought my SR two years ago for £19,500 with 7,000 miles on the clock, and was given £15,000 in PX agains
  8. Good point well made Big Kev. I did loads of mods on my BMW R1150GS so am used to getting stuck in to the tools. It's just slightly frustrating that they can't be fitted by the dealership. Still they want £120 to fit them so I can save a few bob by buying a set, modding them, and fitting them myself
  9. I'm going to see the new car on Saturday. I'll take your advice anchorman and see what it looks like in the flesh. I'll post back my thoughts and some picks at the weekend.
  10. How's this for a howler from Toyota.... I am trading in my 2009 SR180 for a new 2012 RAV4 XTR for delivery on 1st March and specked the new car with all of the available factory options including a style pack. I would have gone for a new SR but they only do an automatic, no manual, not sure what that’s all about, I’m sure Toyota would sell many more SR’s if there was a manual option. Received a call from the Dealership yesterday saying that they are not able to fit the Mud Flaps that I had requested because the fronts can’t be filled in conjunction with the side bars that come with the Style P
  11. Evening folks, can anybody let me know if these rims would fit a 2009 SR180 please? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110785012758?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1180 If fitted with 215/70 R16's they would be within 1.5% of my existing 235/55 R18's in terms of rolling radius. Question is would they clear the break calipers or touch the inner wheel arches etc?! I know they would look cr@p but I only want to run them for a month or two over the winter with winter tires. Failing that, can anybody let me know what steel wheels would fit Many thanks in advance.
