never noticed this before.

hopefully its not the heater matrix as it looks like water and not coolant.

Windscreen was done in august in 2013.

pictures are attached,

any ideas of where to look or where it could be coming from

The leak maybe coming from the gutter. I have a 2002 avensis d4d and recently found leaks in the booot wheel wells. The leak emanated from the body sealant under the roof gutters. The roof is spot welded into position after the main body is assembled and sealants are applied to the joints. The sealants have been found to dry out leaving very small cracks allowing water penetration. I overcame this problem by applying "Captain Tolley's Solution" which penetrates cracks up .06mm. and subsequently seals them, follow the directions. The plastic cover strip must be lifted, this is fixed by using an adhesive at both ends of it. Once lifted you will see the filler. Hope this helps to solve the problem

Small tip. Cover the balde of a screwdriver with insulation tape to protect the bodywork against which you will have to lever out the gutter cover strip

its been dry for a few days as it hasn't rained but we had some rain last night

and this is what I noticed today.

I have a feeling its coming from top of windscreen. I have spoke to autoglass who did the replacement and currently awaiting a call back from their 'warranty team'

I will check guttering when I can

had my rear window bonding fail less than a year after autoglass fitted it.

was wondering where the road noise was coming from, .until I noticed the rear screen coming away from the frame when closing hatch one day

bit of a nuisance having it booked in to re do it

but they fitted another new screen and paid for my tint to get redone and so cant grumble

go straight to autoglass it wont be declared to insurance company as a windscreen cover claim if they fitted it, look at their guarantee for the life of the motor

i think they get a lot of rework

UPDATE; did not get the call from the warranty team so on Tuesday at around 6.30 I emailed the complaints team with pictures, received a call the following morning to say it looks like the bonding and we can get someone out on Sunday to fix/replace.
