I've got a 57 TR Avensis with inbuilt Sat Nav. The disc s out of date, I'm told no new ones are being made, does anyone know anything different. If that is the case is it possible to get other discs, amybe from the likes of Tom Tom and get them to work?

Or is it possible to get a Tom tom and link it into the Avensis screen?

Any advice gratefully received.
