Apart from the fuse box under the hood try taking the glove box out and I am sure u will find some fuses there too. Why they can't all be together I don't know.

Hello my friends,
Does anyone know where I can find the fuse for the Windscreen Wash on my '03 Previa?
In the 1996 Previa the fuses are located within easy access from inside the vehicle. There is a hatch which is part of the moulding which runs from the top of the dashboard to the windscreen. You would not expect it to lift up but it is released by a push button just above the heater controls under the overhang of the moulding. The rear wiper /washer circuit fuses are located and labeled under this hatch. Of course the layout of the 2003 version could be quite different.
