Avensis Verso Wont Start When Hot

help help after 4 mechanics, my 03 avensis verso 2.0 d4d diesel wont start when it gets hot and i have to wait 30 min for it to cool down, i have had the starter out twice and checked and found to be perfect, a new Battery has also been fitted, it seems to turn very slow anybody got any ideas, i hear now it could be the cam shaft sensor please help

I have exactly the same problem with an 03 Rav4, did you get a solution ??
