Yaris Headlight Buzz

Hello all, another day and another job on this 2002 Yaris.

After polishing up the headlights to improve the beam last night I noticed a buzz from the engine bay when the lights were turned on. Could this be a relay on its way out or something else? If it is a relay which one is it?

And one more thing, does anyone know the socket required to take the seats out - I want to wet vac the carpets to reduce the smoke smell. Its a torx but with a slot. It needs the slot to take the torque necessary to move the bolt. I tried a standard torx bit and I could not move it.
