Rear Dvd Player Not Working, Need Help Please!

Hi there,

I've been trying to connect my rear dvd player to an external speaker when the later stop playing completely.

I've check the power suppply and the video convertor and ended up founding that there was no power running through the output cable of those component, see picture attached. Can any of you guys suggest me what can be done , or if possible where can i buy them ,specially the little black box one as for the video card i saw one on eBay.
