Where's The Naughty Flasher Relay Hiding?

Hi all,

I've had the corolla for over 4 years 1.3i Auto black 3 door 1997 E11, not so good on fuel but reliable so what it don't use up in parts goes into the fuel tank. I thought I'd stick some nice amber led indicators just on rear and need to change the original flasher to the modified one but cannot seem to find it, I've looked under steering column and engine bay but there's nothing marked for it. Is it a 3 prong relay?

Please help as I've left the steering all exposed wiring galore last thing I need is a toasty set of nads.....

Thanks.

This pic shows flasher relay in this area, does that mean it's within the steering or column housing?

Relay #1 is fitted in a main junction box, in this picture it is part # 82751 low down over on the right of the picture.
