I've just bought a Toyota HB Premium AT and I found a button APPS, but it is not installed Navigation System, my doubt is if I could buy or install the GPS Navigation System, thanks for reading me.

if it is similar to that sold in Europe then it requires additional hardware (available from a dealer) that is essentially plug-in. An aftermarket (Garmin, Tomtom etc). will be a lot cheaper but less integrated - your choice if it is worth it.
