O2 Sensor Quick Question

Hi all, was hoping someone could help me please.

I'm looking to replace the first O2 sensor (pre-cat) on my '03 Yaris T Sport. I've purchased a second hand one which has the 4 pin connector type like on mine. However I have just noticed that the new one has cables coloured as follows:

2 x black

1 x blue

1 x white

but the existing one has:

2 x white

1 x black

1 x grey

The new part itself looks slightly different to the old, but looks like it would fit where the existing one does. The one I have bought is apparently taken from a 2002 Toyota Yaris 1.3 auto.

Does anyone know please if this part will fit my car before I go to the trouble of getting it fitted?

Thanks!

No its not the correct part the 1.5 does not share oxy sensors with the 1.3 or 1.0 also pre and post face lift t-sports have different sensors.

To get the correct sensor you need a Japanese built ( all t-sports are jap built ) 1.5 T-sport of the correct model type i.e pre or post facelift depending on what your car is.

89465-52050 for a pre facelift

89465-20810 for a post facelift

Thanks for the reply. Damn that's disappointing, I figured as all it basically does is send a voltage to the ECU it wouldn't matter too much as long as it has the same number of cables as the old one. O well at least I didn't pay much for the part.

I'm not entirely sure if mine is the facelift or not, could you advise from this picture please?
