Hilux Battery Charging And Cruise Control

Just acquired a lovely 1994 Surf: looking forward to getting to know her better. Already noticed: 1 TWO batteries: for trickle charging, would I just charge each in turn? 2 Small after-market steering wheel fitted. Did the original have a horn and cruise control? Should I try to get a replacement original wheel? (With no horn, it will fail MoT!) All advice welcomed by rookie owner! Brummie Rob
