Coolant issue

Hi.

I have posted before about a coolant leak and was pointed to the radiator. I have replaced the radiator and flushed heater core and checked all pipes and water pump for leaks. I pressure tested the cylinders and got around 130 psi on all cylinders. Now as I was doing pressure tests and on turning the engine over the coolant in expansion tank rose to overflow. With the bleeder screw still in and cap off. Is this normal? It did it with just one plug in. I tried all cylinders with the one plug and it did it with all and only stopped when they were all out. I'm stumped foes anyone have any ideas?
