2006 Avensis 1.8 Petrol - Air con problem

The aircon has been constantly on for a few weeks now, but yesterday I noticed that, looking at the dashboard, the extreme left vent and the left hand middle vent are blowing cold air, and the right hand middle vent and extreme right vent are blowing warmer air. Anyone know why?

Does the car have dual climate control?  Does it do the same with any other set temperatures?

Hi, sorry for delay, been away. The car doesn't have climate control, just an aircon on/off button. When set to hot, both sides of the vent system appear to be the same - as far as by hand can tell.
