suspension leg help please 03 Corolla Verso 1.8

Hi all, New to Toyotas but always been an active member of forums related to cars I own, so introduced myself in the into bit to say hello.

Corolla Verso 1.8 '03

Quick question re: suspension- the offside rear shocker and Spring gone so phoned the scrappy and he said he had one 06 2.2, and an 05 (I forget maybe a 1.4 petrol plus a range of Corolla non-versos) so my question is would the offside rear suspension leg from either of his Versoa fit an 03 1.8 petrol?

I know the model changed slightly in  04/5 but assume the suspension stayed the same? Oh also In a pinch if the ones there are knackered would the non verso Corolla ones work? I see it's a different platform despite name. Thanks very much in advance.

No such luck I'm afraid the Mk1 Corolla Verso is a unique platform and does not share much beyond the Corolla name and basic engine architecture with other models including standard Corolla & MK2 Verso.

You either need a scrap MK1 Verso 2001-2004, buy OEM parts from a motor factor or from your local Toyota dealer

RH or LH Shock - 48530-80225

RH or LH spring - 48231-13100

note especially on a car so old both rear spring /shocks should be replaced at the same time.
