Don't see any point in this - all it is is a social media site which allows people to post whatever complaint they have against various companies, and you're only seeing one side of the story. Toyota won't be replying to any of the views - as is the case with views posted on TOC.

This site does nothing to help one progress a complaint.

If you have a complaint against a dealer, your best course of action would be to progress the complaint directly with either local management, the dealer principal or the dealer's head office.

Moved to General Discussions, as the post isn't specifically regarding the Auris.
