Touch&Go Plus free updates

Hi All,

Could you please let me know If I can perform update of T&G Plus (firmware 2.7.4H) unit in Toyota Auris which was bought by previous owner in March 2013?

I read that this unit has 3 years of free updates, but in T&G Toolbox (PC soft) there is only option to buy new maps for more than 100EUR.

If it was bought new in March 2013 it is out of it's 3 years of free updates (March 2016 end).

That's true. I'm wondering if it is possible to update it to version from March 2016? I mean to version when free updates period was available.

Presumably as the free update period has expired, any updates now will be at cost.

Do you need to change your profile from the 2011 Auris to the 2013 Auris?

I can read this 2 ways:

1. can you update it foc to a version that would have been free if you had done it within your free period. I wouldn't have thought so especially as there is a newer version on the server.

2. There was a free update offer for Touch 2 with Go ~March but not for the original Touch & Go.  So, again, I think not.
