HI Guys 
sorry to jump straight in with questions but this has us stumped 

I have a D4D with what can only be be described as a Turbo FLUTTER when it gets to around 3000 rpm 

and will continue until you come off the throttle take it back upto 3000rpm and it comes back...!!

Any help guy would be great has anyone had the same problem..?
