Hi. new to all this so hopefully in right area.

I was wondering if I needed to update my Sat Nav software for my 2012 Prius T-Spirit. It is not clear what sat nav this is but from online searches I think Touch and Go +

It feels a bit cumbersome and probably things have improved, and I suspect I may have missed out on upgrades.

Do you mean system software update or map data updates?

If it is Touch & Go + it had 3 years of map updates free from registration but an update will now cost £109. You should be aware that the data will still probably be 1+ year old so latest road changes still won't be on it.
