Hi,

when the car gets up to temperature the power steering starts making a whining noise. It only happens when I park the car. In other words when the car is moving slowly and when its in one place.

hi if you google "what does a worn power steering pump sound like" you will get the info you need ,  might be just low fluid level etc. hope this helps.
