Hi I've had my Corrola verso 2.2 D4D 180 for 5 years now. Recently it's been going into limp mode and when mechanic checked on diagnosis it was showing "P2002 Diesel particulate filter efficency below threshold bank 1". So mechanic said it's DPF so it was replaced it drove fine for 600 miles but same fault has come back again next the manifold and EGR came off and was cleaned out and also 2 pipes for DPF sensor were also cleaned but I'm still having same fault. It starts and drive ok for around 7 miles then the management light comes on and then goes into limp with the traction light also coming on. The car has done 111k and I'm now struggling to find fault. Hope someone can help.
