Someone please tell me why Supra's are so cheap!

They are the same price as a second hand yaris almost but I would never get insured on one at my age or I would get one :censor:

I would have expected second hand supras to be well over 10 grand.

TO MENTION they have ridulous mileage, which isnt ideal for most people.

I know a mate with a mate whos got a TT supra Manual (import) and it costs him like 30 to have a drive around for an hour....

30 quid lasts me three days!

Luxury cars lose their value quicker then anything else!!!

Due to the size/running costs, etc, usually the kind of people that can afford to run them.. can afford something new!!!!!

My dad bought a merc S class new in '96, about £60K ish... its now worth about 6K  however an e class or some other "lower" model from the same year is worth more..... explain that!!!

~Also people that do not know the cars are unsure... older car, big power and some miles if you are used to fords and other run of the mill cars = soon death... but the soarers/supras etc are so well made and so well put together the miles mean nothing!!!!!

Exactly, coming back from slinky my Supra has just hit 103k which is nothing. The engine will out-live the rest of the car.
