Differences Between Uk/us Headlights

Maybe people already know the answer to this, but from what I'm seeing in all the pictures posted in this forum (which are all pretty much uk) the headlights are totally clear? or else i jsut cant tell from the photos, is the turn signal in the same assembly? is it clear or yellow? Maybe im the only us person here heh I'm not sure, all the headlights I've seen have the turn signal in the corner and its definately yellow.

This is the latest model. The headlamps are totally clear, and the indicator (turn signal) has an orange tint due to the orange bulb in it.

The model before this facelift has the turn signal combined with the lower front fog lamp. Also clear as well.
