Rav4 Failed Emissions Mot Test

My 1997 Rav4 failed its MOT emissions test. The 2400-2600 RPM reading was O.52% (should be 0.30%) I tried adding wynn's injector treatment to the fuel tank and changed the Air filter and drove it for a few miles but it made no difference to the reading. Any ideas please?

I am not 100% sure about the Rav4 but look in you manual to see if you can read of the error codes. I had similar problems on my Celica and it showed as the Lambda sensor. After changine this all was fine.
