George Best £5 Notes

Hey guys been on eBay and noticed alot of ppl selling George Best £5 notes. Have seen them go for between £10-£15 would it be worth buying and and keeping? Worth much in the future?

I expect they will be worth a bit in the future but who knows.

They were made in fairly limited numbers (200,000?) but it's up to you to decide if people will spend / lose them enough to increase the value of yours!

Try it and see. Look at it this way. If it doesn't sell, you've still got £5 to spend, minus listing fees, of course.

Personally, I don't think this one will run and run, despite being of the great man himself. Putting a few up in a few months or even a year (when someone wishes they'd got one but didn't) might make a difference though.
