. Is the only difference between the tns200 and the tns 300, the cdrom/dvdrom?

so could i take out the cdrom/ disconect etc etc and just replace that part of the unit with a dvdrom?

so all tns200 units are in fact a tns300 unit, but with a cdrom instead?????? or would that be way to easy?
