Hi can anyone shed light on code p1251 avensis d4d 2004 went into limp mode coming onto motorway stopped car restarted and fine since had code read and it was code p1251 it said said fuel shut off valve circuit for pressure on guys machine??

Could it be the EGR valve does anyone now where this is located?

Or could it be in need of a fuel filter change?
