Tf1 Toyota 18" Pitlane Alloys

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has fitted their avensis with Toyota own's TF1 alloys. I currently have the 215/50 R17s and I would like to fit the 225/40 R18s. It's an avensis estate 2.2D TSpirit and I have already fitted the car with TF1 lowering spring kit. I have heard that Toyota alloys aren't that great, is it true? Cheers Oz
