i dont know if the vaccum pipes are correct, i dont know if there are any vaccum pipe diagrams or any engine bay pics of the vaccum pipes on the internet ?

any help would be a great help

Have a look for the thread with the link to online manuals. They will help.

Hi I recently purchased a 1994 Celica ST183 3SGE engine and it was over fueling ,I replaced a vacum pipe which runs from the side of the inlet manifold to the front cam cover (just next to the trottle body) and it cured the problem. Check the pipes aren't perrished/holed etc.

I did see a link to a vacum diagram earlier so try doing a search and if I come across it again I'll let you know.

Mike
