Hi,

Have 03 uk Corrolla 1.6 auto - very nice car owned from new (and ready to replace with new Auris when recall thing has blown over) but having an issue with 2 things

1) air con - never been 100% (or anywhere near as good as my old ford focus) had it refilled a kwik fit and now does not work - i think all the gas has leaked out (?) is it work refilling again - or given the age of the car getting it all resealed and stuff?? live in North London btw

2) main beam lights - one has gone (again after last replacement one year ago) and need to get it replace (H7 bulbs I think)- any recommedations on bulbs or costs to get it done - last set were Osram Silverstar H7 from car4car @£25 I think.

thanks for any advice/comments

Pete

did kwick fit refill it recently? if so i would take it back and say your experiencing problems

as for the main lights yes they are h7's as for bulbs i tried the over-rated osram night breakers but they were crap in my opinion... i am currently using some cheap eBay bulbs and they work a treat...

hi,

yeah kwik fit refunded me without question which was nice but still need to get it sorted and was not sure about using them again.

How did you fit you bulbs - Mr T took the bumper off last time to do it.
