Where And How 7 Inch Gps

Hi I have a 7 inch gps I would like to place it by the cigarette lighter but I have some questions: How can I the gps toggle (design) Because the gps use a lot of power I would like to connect the gps to my car How and where can I connect I would like to use a fuse
