91 3SFE runs pretty much fine on choke and ok ish when really warmed up but suffers from hesitation whenever you try to put your foot down?

If you accelerate gently it runs fine but still seems to miss and bog a little especially if you're in the wrong gear.

head is fine and no oil/water where it shouldn't be heater works well.

Any ideas as I really don't have the money to throw at it by the trial and error method?

Also when done will be looking to upgrade so if you know anyone in the west mids who might be able to help I'd be most grateful
