Rattles Rattles Rattles

Are rattles to be expected from the aygos due to the cheap plastics and build? My main rattle is from the drivers door. It seems to be the door rattling agaist the door seals at the top. Its been back to the dealer a few times and it does away for a few weeks then returns, doing my head in. If i sit in the car when its stationary and press on the door/window I an replicate the noise.

You still have a problem then.

The roads in South Essex are still full of potholes, some of them are actually mine entrances rather than potholes, but not a murmur from our Aygo, no rattles, squeaks or moans at all !

I sometimes get a rattle from the headlining, near the courtesy light. A quick thump of the headlining stops it for a bit though :P it may well be your window mechanism that's rattling, rather than the seals. Hope you get it sorted!

I had to take mine back the day after I bought it because both A-pillar trims were rattling, Toyota stuffed some wadding material in there and it sorted the problem.
