Hello

T180 in with Toyota tomorrow as several warning lights have come up and they say its the Catalyst.

I have been told to politely mention whether they could do the work on a policy warranty claim ?

The car is not under warranty 2007 model.

What exactly is this?

Thanks

Sometimes TGB will consider warranty claims outside the normal warranty period. They are particularly good compared to some and will take into account whther the failure is "reasonable or unreasonable".

I have heard of cats getting done outside warranty. See what they say but if it looks like they are going to charge you then raise the subject of a policy claim. Keep cool and polite
