Key Fob

Hi.I have a 2006 Landcruiser Invincible,Today I went to unlock the doors to go out and my key fob would not unlock the car doors.Thinking maybe the Battery in the key fob was not working I purchased a new one.Tried this when I returned home but it still would not unlock the doors.I also tried the master key for the car which I keep on another bunch,This one also would not unlock the doors.I know I can open the doors manually with the key,but everytime I do this it sets the alarm off and will not stop for about 5 minutes.Can anyone suggest what the problem might be with the key fobs,and how to fix it.

Any help offered would be gratefully received.

It could be local interference - try it about a mile away.

It could be a blown fuse.

Or it could be something worse - but try these two first!
