Delimiter Chips

Dear fellow celica-ers,

I own a 1994 GT4 jap import and i apologise if this topic has come up before but its just something im looking at.

Does anyone know:

a) if its possible to get a chip for my car

B) if its worth getting it delimited

c) where i can get hold of one at a reasonible price but also half decent?
