Urgent Help Needed For My Imported Celica

Dear All, I have a 1994 Jap import celica gt4 st205. I heard a knocking noise so i took it to the garage who told me the thread on the wheel 'hub' on the front driver side had worn out so the calliper wasnt tightening. I was told i need a new hub which i know isnt cheap So my questions to you guys: 1. Is there a technical name for the hub? or do i just ask for a hub? 2. Is the part different from UK celica's as mine is an import? 3. Does the part vary depending on the year of the car? 4. Does anyone know where i can get hold of one? Any help would be very much appreciated. thanks =]
