How often do I do a service on a avensis 2.2 d4d 06 plate oil and filters,I do about 40 road miles a day

i think the average is about 6-10k but i tend to service my cars every 6 months so they r ready for the winter and summer

Air filter only needs changed every other service. There's all the other stuff like brake fluid etc to be dine periodically. If you search this site you should find a bunch of threads on servicing details - I think. I have a 06 D4D, if you PM me I could scan the page from the manual and send it to you.
