Vvtl-I / Vvti 190?

Just slightly confused.

Is the VVTL-i the same as a VVTi 190? It says on the engine VVTL-i, but on the Badge on the back, and on the forms it says VVTi 190.

I'm guessing it's the same thing, just different years?
