Hey all

Just fitted an apexi induction kit to my GT4 this afternoon... wow what a difference! i didnt think it would make much differance to the performance without the exhaust and the downpipe, but i was wrong.

Im now looking at the next step, which is the downpipe and the exhaust. Which do you recommend first? What makes and how much i am looking at? Could it be done by myself or is it worth spending the extra £££s and getting done by a pro?

Cheers

Get the exhaust first, or get a system which includes a cat remove pipe like the Mongoose system

I went for a Blitz Nur Spec Type R exhaust and an Aussie Downpipe to replace my cat.

After that i would turn up your boost :D Do not excess 1.2 bar or you'll melt your pistons.

If you use a Motec ECU upgrade to allow you to run your higher boost, the performance mapping should mean you car should run well over 300bhp, probably as much as 325bhp on optimax
