i got a quick shift set from TRD....for my Corolla Tsport E12

and it make very fast the shift...

and very short.

also i noticed is more stiff than stock.

the install is very very easy, like 25mins to install.

I modified my original gear lever to a quick shift, yes iots only beneficial if you race (or you have a really large head unit and cant get your hand to it when in 1st or 3rd gear :P )

can tell you how to modify an ae92 lever for quick shift, not sure about others but they're all much of a muchness, basically you need to move the 'ball' UP[/] the shaft by 1/2" max, they're interference fit so a heavy duty press in a machine shop is recomended.

the result is a very healthy and solid movement from the lever when you shift.
