There was one issue with noise coning from the rear some Aygos -

Appears to have been solved with the fitting of modified (?) shock absorbers, although one member found it was coming from movement in the spare wheel.

There may also be an issue re the remote locking, where on models without the smart entry/start button, there is no audible warning if a door is left open when the remote locking is operated (just merits checking the doors are closed/locked when leaving the vehicle) -

Mirrorlink compatibility with some phones is an issue for a few owners.

Some owners haven't found the optional sat nav system to be brilliant.

Don't forget the MMT issue.  Clutch life can be a bit short if you don't slip it into N when stationary. Leaving it in E  will cost you big bucks sooner than you'd think.

What's unforgivable is the dealers won't tell you this.

That and the Mirrorlink being well utterly useless and totally unsupported by any vendor or big T. That's  my suggestion.   Other than that so far so good.
