G monitor

While manoeuvring around a car park I caught a kerb but didn't think anything about it until next time I glanced at the instruments and saw I now had a G Monitor display. I have searched the manual and can't find anything about it so don't know how to find it in the MFD menu. The G monitor has stayed on the MFD but with my gentle driving the red dot does not move far from the centre but it does move sideways on cornering and forward/back on brake/accelerate.

If I remember correctly the G meter is in the "i" section of the MFD along with the fuel. mpg, range etc use the left/right MFD buttons to select the "i" then the up/down buttons to change the options.
