Can anyone tell me what these wire connectors are?

They are in the back door near the number plate lights on my 2013 Ractis

No idea, but Toyota very often use one wiring loom for all markets, so you can end up with some "spare" connectors that would be used in different countries where you have a different specification, for instance, maybe a different position for an interior light in differing countries
