Turbo issue????

2012 Rav 4 with less than 50K miles. Recently discovered the Turbo Solenoid was causing an issue, it made a funny noise when the ignition was turned off. Further to this, the car developed intermittent power loss where the car's speed dropped to around 20 mph.....no acceleration whatsoever, no other symptoms. Restart the car and all appeared OK The car performed OK then it started to have what ( in the old days) appeared to be 'bad' fuel!!! Solenoid replaced today and all seemed OK until heading home and then going up a small incline my car lost power again. Car is an automatic .... Any suggestions please..... Thanks
