Bonnet alignment

Hi, wonder if any body shed some light on on why and how to correct the bonnet alignment on my Avensis 2006. The drivers side of the bonnet is raised up tab the sculte and at the grill. The gap is big enough to place your finger in at the top. Also the car has never been in any accident. hope you can help. Allan
