Replace rear licence plate light

Hello,  I have a 2013 Aygo.  I need to replace one of the rear license plate light fixtures.  How do I remove it please?  The bulb and wiring, has come adrift inside the bumper.  The bulb has created/melted  a small hole in the bumper.  I want to remove the fixture and try to fish the bulb and wiring out of the bumper without removing the bumper.  Hope this makes sense.

Hi, you would usually gently prise the unit up out of the bumper with a small screwdriver, but you say yours has fallen into the bumper, can you not reach up from underneath?

 

You may need to remove the bumper if not.......This link may be of some use
